There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body packs on pounds and what you should be eating in order to maintain a stable weight.
Phase One: is the primary weight loss phase. You will lose 100% of your weight loss goal during this Phase.
Phase Two: the amount of Ideal Protein products you consume will drop from 3 to 2. You will only be on Phase Two for a maximum of 2 weeks.
